OUR HOUSES
Each house at Jebel Ali School has a House Captain and Vice-Captain, and our rewards program includes house points that students can earn for positive contributions to the school, outstanding work, sporting success, and consistent levels of effort.
We host a calendar of house events throughout the year where students can proudly compete for their house and contribute valuable points.

Leadership
At Jebel Ali School, we believe schools succeed when students have a voice and are trusted to make a difference.
Our Primary School elected class, year group and Student Council representatives help to shape Jebel Ali School life through a wide range of available roles and responsibilities and our firm belief that student views matter.
Our Secondary school Student Council meets regularly with the Head of the Secondary School to discuss relevant issues. As they find their voices and explore their own ideals, we find that our students lead positively by example. This helps to build the resilient, progressive, and empowering school culture of which we’re so proud.
Sixth Form students at Jebel Ali School lead by example. Leadership opportunities encourage them to show initiative and accountability, to feel confident and comfortable representing student voice, to work closely with staff and to embody the school’s values.
Their leadership skills are forged through a wide range of roles and responsibilities that include creating and leading clubs or societies, completing the Gold Duke of Edinburgh International Award, becoming a peer coach or academic mentor, becoming a prefect, and/or becoming Head Boy or Girl or a Deputy Head student.
Students are given the opportunity to work with each, across different phases of the school, with the Parent Teacher Association, make worthwhile links with our community, and on our Governance Board.
