THE PROCESS

Complete the application form for your child. If you are applying for more than one child you will need to complete one application form for each child. 

At the time of application, you will need to upload the following documents, please have them to hand: 

• School reports for the last 2 years (current year term reports and previous school year end-of-year report).
• Applicant’s birth certificate copy (translated to English or Arabic).
• Applicant’s Passport.
• Applicant’s Emirates ID (front and back), if available.
• Parent’s Emirates ID (front and back), if available, if not -passport copy.
• Medical, Educational Psychologist, or other relevant reports, where applicable.
• A one-time Application Fee, non-refundable non-transferable, of AED 525 (including 5% VAT added as per government regulations).

The below documents are required at the time of accepting a place:

• DHA Medical Form.
• Immunisation Record.
• Student’s Passport Photograph soft copy.
• Transfer Certificate:
• From Schools in Dubai: KHDA Leaving Certificate.
• Another Emirate/overseas: School Leaving Certificate for Years 3 and above as per KHDA requirements. – to be submitted by 15th August or within 30 days of joining if mid-year.
• Equivalency letter from MOE for students enrolling in Year 12 from a non-British curriculum school.

Applicants receive invitations for formal entrance assessments and interviews (observation playdates for Foundation) with senior members of the academic team, including Heads of Inclusion where applicable.

Assessment timing: 

For Open year groups for the current academic year: assessments will be arranged during the term of application. 

For Closed or Waiting List Only year groups – assessments are not immediately arranged and instead will take place in anticipation of student leavers. 

A confidential reference form will be sent to the student’s current school.

Further assessment to determine English language proficiency or learning support needs may be necessary.

Once the Academic Team reviews your child’s application, and if we can offer a place, you will receive an invoice to pay the registration fee of 4,000aed (or Term fees in full if the offer is made within one month of starting date). 

If an offer of a place is made, parents have 5 working days to return acceptance paperwork and pay a non-refundable registration fee which will be deducted from the joining term’s fees.

If you are waitlisted, your child is in the year group waiting pool and you will be notified once a place becomes available. Regretfully, we can’t guarantee placements for all children in the waiting list.
