As part of your child’s/children’s registration process, and as per the regulations from the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), kindly note that before your child begins his/her educational journey at Jebel Ali School, he/she must be registered in the KHDA system, and parents are required to sign the Parent-School Contract before he/she starts attending school.
The required process is as follows:
All new parents must complete this ONLINE FORM to provide us with information from the passport of your child(ren). Before you complete this form, please have your child(ren)’s passport(s) and Emirates IDs to hand, plus the sponsor’s Emirates ID as you will need to enter information from them into the form and will need to upload them.
If you have not processed your Emirates Identification card yet for any reason, kindly send a copy of both parents’ passports, along with your child’s/children’s passport(s) to email@example.com
Leaving Certificates & Attestations
If your child(ren) is/are coming from a school within the UAE, an attested Leaving Certificate is required. N.B. This should be attested from the Educational Zone of the Emirate you are transferring from.

International students must submit a Leaving Certificate*, end of school reports, and any outstanding documentation to the school’s Admissions Office (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to the start of the term.
*The Leaving Certificate will need to be attested if you are coming from a country outside of the following areas:
If you are coming from any country other than the above-mentioned countries, your Leaving Certificate must be attested from The Ministry of Education in your home country, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and The UAE Embassy in your home country.
