PTA Ball - Thank You Letter
Dear JAPS Community,
On behalf of the PTA I would like to say a huge Thank You for attending the Jebel Ali Primary School, Black Tie Dinner & Dance. The high attendance was a clear indication of our communities support and commitment towards our School. The event would not have been possible without your presence and encouragement.
Elegant guests, the venue, diamonds, crowns, great tunes and 007 themed lights and setting, made the Black Tie Dinner & Dance a splendid and memorable night.
The evening started off with a chic cocktail in true 007 style in the Majlis Al Salam foyer. While guests were welcomed to the event by the PTA, others enjoyed striking a pose with the professional photographers!
The evening continued in the ballroom with a charming welcome speech by our Headteacher, Mr. Jonathan Price. Shortly after the grand prize draw took place while guests enjoyed a spectacular dinner. We congratulate our winner and wish her a fabulous trip to Malta (for two)!
While the silent draw continued in the background, the PTA presented Ina Schomper our Community Liaison Officer and Niloo Neshat our Class Rep Chair with respective plaques expressing the PTA’s gratitude for all the brilliance they bring to the table. Without their support it is close to impossible to achieve what we do.
Thereafter our DJ, Jeff Price, gathered the crowds on the dance floor keeping everyone on their feet into the wee early hours.
We hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did and sincerely appreciate your support.

We would like to give a HUGE thanks to the generous and kind support from:
Emirates Holidays – Who donated an impressive gift of; a trip for two to Malta (007 destination) inclusive of airline tickets and hotel stay for 3 nights! Emirates Holidays further presented each couple with one goodie bag.
Done Events – It would not have been possible to achieve the fantastic 007 effect without Done Events. Between the swirling 70’s lights and colourful spots they provided exceptional support in creating an ‘extra ordinary’ atmosphere.
Desert Diamonds and Carrol Boyes – Thanks to Desert Diamonds and Carrol Boyes, the PTA were able to say a true thanks to the Jebel Ali community. What lovely and stylish gifts for the men and ladies. Truly dazzling!
Marina Exotic Home Interiors – Year after year Marina has shown great support for the May Ball. Thanks to their beautiful products we were able to create the majestic centrepieces. What splendour!
KV Photos – Mariam, David and Farah for being there on the evening capturing the special moments of our guests and presenting photo prints at shutter speed! Hopefully everyone got to enjoy the experience. Snap!
Jamalich Beauty Salon – For the pampering experience at a great discount to all our lady guests.
Jeff Price – For keeping us all on our feet until the early hours of the morning! Brilliant beats!
Madinat Jumeirah – To Xenia and her team – who tirelessly worked with us to make sure we presented a memorable evening. Without her support the success of the event would not be possible. Furthermore for the wonderful prizes they contributed towards our Door Prize.
PTA – Finally, to the PTA Ball Committee who diligently put together a fantastic event.
Sheryl, Linda and Ina....007 himself would stand back in amazement at your outstanding commitment!
Carol, Jo & Kate – Thank you for your continued support for every event!
Niloo, Alex and Miss Nicholls....for making sure everyone was seated as requested.
